**Dudley Labs

A Dudley Lab is is a yellow Lab that has no pigment in their eye lids, lips or nose (they look pink). They have light eyes as well, usually blue or green, changing to beautiful golden hazel. Puppy #2 & #3 are Dudleys. This is not a trait that AKC considers desireable for show, but Dudley Labs are perfectly healthy and grow up to be beautiful dogs. Boaz Braveheart belongs to a breeder friend of ours at Old Dominion Labradors. Boaz has champions in his pedigree, which can be viewed here. He's also a blocky & stocky English boy, mostly cream with red ears and highlights. He has an excellent disposition.

Shelby of Covenant Farm is our 2-year-old. This is her first litter. She is a classic English girl with blocky head and stocky body. She weighs about 80 lbs. As a pup she was cream with red highlights. After pregnancy she darkened up some with more yellow.

Shelby is an excellent water dog and a natural retriever, even without any field training. When Shelby hears a gun, she gets all excited. Even though she's never been hunting, she seems to have all the right stuff.
